If you are our customer, news subscriber or website visitor, you entrust your personal data to us. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the protection of personal data, policies and rights that you have in connection with the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Regulation).
Who we are
I am Elias Diaz, Pod lipami, Prague 3; born April 16, 1985; Reg. No. 01380630, and I administrate the Parking2Go website. I process your personal data as an administrator, ie we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and I select any other processors who will help us with the processing.
We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by the applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and therefore that:
- We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation or consent.
- According to Article 13 of the GDPR, we fulfill the information obligation even before the processing of personal data begins.
- We will enable and support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our platform
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Marketing – sending newsletters. We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open them for the purpose of direct marketing – sending business messages. If you are our customer, we do so out of a legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 2 years from the last order. If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only with your consent, for a period of 2 years. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each email we send.
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing address.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
For the time being, the only way to contact Parking2Go is via email or throughout the messenger button connected to the Facebook page. You can use these two options to ask questions or make any request.
Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed with your consent.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. In order to use some of the features Parking2Go offers, for instance, adding your parking space, you need to register beforehand. You will have to provide some information as username, password, name, surname and e-mail address. Once you sign in, you can add your picture (optional) and your phone number (optional). The location data can be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, Mapbox and/or OpenStreetMap. Parking2Go has no control over their actions. In any case, you’ll be asked prior to share your location in Parking2Go.
We recommend that you read the applicable privacy statement of the provider in question:
Statistics help us, for instance, only show the information that is significant to you. Your privacy will be always kept privately, and if you decide that you don’t want to be part of these statistics, please, inform us.
For this purpose, we store information, under your consent, as: your name, phone number, ip address and email address.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Booking & Payments
For the booking, we use your payment details, phone number, email address, name, and license plate. We need this data because of our agreement with you. We store this information until your order has been completed.
As a Parking2Go user you can utilize two different parties to pay your bookings.

We don’t allow Google to use information obtained by Analytics for other Google services, and we anonymize the IP-adresses.
Data transfer outside the European Union
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we have to register the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection If you feel that we do not treat your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to address your complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. We will be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
Unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and business messages. We might send you e-mails with some services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.
If you are not a customer yet, we will send them to you only with your consent. In both cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by pressing the unsubscribe link in each email you receive.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
